In close cooperation with the Swiss organization «MindfulnessSwiss» and mindfulness expert Jeannine Born, we bring the topic of mindfulness to life at FORTYSEVEN and make it accessible in diverse ways.
Together, we have developed our heartfelt project – the «Digital Mindfulness Coach». Currently, we are working with Jeannine Born on a new edition of our existing Mindfulness Journal. This updated journal will be enriched with fresh, mindfulness-focused content and is designed to inspire our guests during their visit – offering space for personal notes and reflections.
In addition, we regularly host internal trainings and workshops for our employees to firmly anchor mindfulness in everyday work life and continuously carry it forward.
