Frequently Asked Questions

  • When do treatments take place?

    Treatments start at the spa’s opening time. The last treatments in the evening end at the spa’s closing time. Please note that the spa’s opening hours differ from those of the thermal baths.

  • When should I arrive for my treatment?

    Please arrive at the spa reception at least 5 minutes before your appointment. This gives you enough time to relax and prepare for your treatment with a cup of organic tea.

  • What if I arrive late?

    If you are late, unfortunately we cannot extend the treatment beyond the scheduled appointment time. We kindly ask for your understanding that the treatment duration will be shortened accordingly.

  • Is it possible to reschedule or cancel appointments?

    Yes, appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment start time. In case of cancellation, we will issue you a credit voucher. Please note that refunds are not possible. Changes cannot be made online. Kindly send us an email at spa@fortyseven.ch to make any changes.

  • What if I don’t show up for my appointment?

    In case of a no-show, the full amount of the booked treatment will be charged.

  • Can I get a massage if I’m pregnant?

    For pregnant women, we offer massages starting from the 13th week of pregnancy.

  • Will the time spent on spa appointments be credited against my spa entry fee?

    Yes, if you combine a visit to the thermal baths with a spa treatment, the treatment time will be credited to your visit.
