You can find our current opening hours, including holiday opening times on the following page: Opening hours.
You're welcome to visit us without a reservation and purchase your admission ticket on-site at the regular price. However, we recommend booking your ticket online in advance. This guarantees your entry, even on busy days, and may also give you access to exclusive online rates.
If you see the message "Please adjust the number of guests or select a different time slot" in the online shop, the selected time slot is already fully booked. In that case, please choose a different time slot or adjust the number of guests.
Yes. Please arrive on time and allow enough time for your journey. If you arrive later than your booked time slot, your online ticket may be transferred to a later time slot on the same day, subject to availability. Please note that a surcharge of up to the regular admission price may apply when rescheduling.
Yes. Tickets purchased through our online shop provide a more convenient entry experience, even during peak times, with shorter waiting times. Simply use the Online Ticket counter at reception.

Yes. An additional CHF 10 will be charged for each commenced extra hour. After two additional hours, your ticket is automatically upgraded to a full-day admission, allowing you to stay without any time limit.
The current occupancy level is displayed directly on our website. You'll find it prominently in the right-hand sidebar on desktop devices and in a clearly visible location on mobile devices.
Online ticket prices may vary depending on demand, the day of the week, and the time of your visit. Tickets purchased at reception are always charged at the standard admission price. This flexible pricing model rewards early bookings, helps spread visitor numbers more evenly, reduces waiting times, and creates a more relaxing experience for everyone.
The biggest benefit is spending more time relaxing and less time waiting. By introducing time slots, we can better manage the number of guests throughout the day. This means fewer visitors during peak hours, a smoother overall experience, and a more balanced distribution of guests across the thermal baths.
Another advantage is the opportunity to save money by booking online, as online prices may be lower depending on demand. This approach directly addresses the feedback we regularly receive from guests who would like a more relaxed experience during busy periods.
Online prices are dynamic and may change based on demand, occupancy, and the time of booking. Depending on booking activity, prices can be adjusted within minutes. Tickets purchased at reception are always available at the fixed standard admission price.
Booked time slots are binding. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your reservation for the selected time slot will no longer be guaranteed. However, the value of your ticket can still be applied toward a new time slot.
As our online prices vary depending on demand and occupancy, rescheduling may result in an additional charge. Any surcharge will never exceed the standard admission price.
Yes. The standard admission price always applies at reception. Online ticket prices may be lower, but they will never be higher than the standard admission price.
Online tickets cannot be purchased directly at the reception desk. If you decide to book while you're already on-site, our team will be happy to assist you. Simply use your smartphone to purchase your ticket through our online shop and take advantage of the available online offers. Checking the online shop before your visit is always worthwhile.
